We offer a wide selection of yoga classes, which include:
Hot Ashtanga • Hot Vinyasa • Hot Power Yoga • Warm Beginner Yoga
• Hot Absolute • Lunch Time Hot Yoga
Classes are heated between 90° – 103° with 60% humidity and
last anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes per class.
Our studio provides cold face towels, mats, and props at no extra charge!
Our facility is equipped with state of the art Spa Quality Infrared Heating,
air purification system, air circulation system, purified air humidifier system, showers, lockers, and high-end yoga apparel for purchase.
We are open 6 days a week and
welcome every level of yoga student.
